The Fight Against Ourselves

Most of us have surely got purposes in our lives. Some of us might have figured out and made plans to start it all out. And, some of us might still have fights with all the obstacles that, somehow, don’t allow us to make that first move. And, the most of all those things are distractions. And the sad truth is, we are the creators of our own distractions sometimes, as those often come from our own thoughts and dirty desires.
The reason why I called it ‘sad’, is because in life, one of our sub-missions is to get rid off distractions in order to sneak ourselves to the top of the mission, but in the other hand we also create our own enemies. So, we created the monsters and then we killed them before we created other monsters just to kill them all over again. Vicious circle, not again please.
It feels like we are in the fight that we can never win, because it's the fight against ourselves. The fight that sometimes can separate us from our purposes in life. The fight that, if we let it go on, will lead us into a feeling of being lost, simply because it's the one we can never win. And it's the fight that needs to stop.

Chasing love, constantly comparing yourself to others, overdose of dopamine, overthinking without any action are seen as the main distractions, at least for me as a grown man. Those have pulled me out from where I should be. Those have cost me opportunities to be a better self. I should be thankful that I’ve got this kind of reminder of all the things that get me out of my track. It’s like you’ve got a complete equipment to repair your car sideways, taking your time and reordering your plans are the ones you can always do when you’re feeling lost.
If you feel like you’re getting out of your track, the best option is to accept that you are. Because with accepting, you’re opening the guide to get yourself back on it. And in the end, it’s always important to think critically, act carefully, and choose wisely. Because mostly, those will define anything that you make, whether it’s appropriate to your values or not.
